That's what the Apple support person said to do and he walked me through it. It still does nothing. Am I supposed to have a separate reader? I tried downloading Stanza both before and after I downloaded the iManual and it made no difference. – PS Teacher, on March 04, 2009 15:39

Missing Manual not opening
I purchased iPhone the missing Manual from the iTune store. The book is on my touch but I can not open it. I called Apple support and they were unable to help. There does not appear to be anything wrong with the Touch. When I click on the image of the book it briefly turns red, I see tools and they disappear.
