When will I get refunding my annual subscription, since Sandy is bailing on me?

I am trying to access my online I want Sandy account and was unsuccessful. When I gave my email to reset the password, I was told that my address isn't in your files. Yet I have an reminder from Sandy in my inbox this morning! Help!
