Tweetie > Ping.fm > Brightkite integration...

When I update my status via Pingle for the iPhone, ping.fm will update my Brightkite location, and post any pictures to my Brightkite stream rather than the link to the picture... however, if I update via Tweetie, this doesn't appear to work, it simply updates my Brightkite status with a link to the picture, and doesn't update my location. Is this something with Tweetie, or Ping, or Brightkite?

Yeah, it appears to be updating now, but still no Facebook updates for me. Twitter/Brightkite/Flickr working.

#1: Loopt-style (pin-drop) mapping online and especially on the iPhone app! I wanna see where my friends are on the map in relation to each other, or even see other users on the map. I have several friends that still use Loopt over Brightkite because of this feature alone, and I bet they aren't the only users you could pick up with this feature!

#2: MySpace status update support, plz. I have some friends/family stuck in 2 years ago that still use MySpace exclusively.

Since yesterday, when I attempt to go to my lifestream, I get an error "lifestream: There was an error processing your request". I have tried with Chrome and Firefox, no luck. Any ideas?

Maybe make it an option in settings to place the URL at the end for people who are careful about the sizes of their posts? (With a warning disclaimer, of course).

Also, have you considered adding additional Facebook updates, besides just pictures and status updates? Like maybe comments on photos, etc?

E-mail posting question, and 1 recommendation...

First off, I just started using ping.fm... and WOW... amazing service. Love it!

Now the questions. First, I attempted my first update via email, and the post came through as complete jibberish. I tried posting the text in the both the body and the subject. What's the proper way to do this so I can test? Is it SMS-only, or can I send as an email (say, from a Blackberry?)

Second, I just wanted to recommend adding Google Talk Status Updates to your list... is that possible? I'd love to update my Gmail/Gtalk status when I post on ping.fm.
