Thats weird. Have you uploaded other slideshows successfully (wondering if its an issue with a particular browser). Is it a ppt or pdf (BTW, we don't support PowerPoint 2007 in case its that).

Can you send us the slideshow in question? That way I can test if its an issue with the particular file or with your computer / browser?
