I may have been using the PocketPC version (if it's even different than the WinMo version). I dl'ed a trial version of the Power Pack and installed the 655 Backup and it worked with no problems.
Well, a slight problem--it said it couldn't back up a system file on the SD card associated with Media Player on and I didn't even ask it to back up the SD card. I don't consider that a big problem tho.

I can't even uncheck the speed dial successfully w/o getting the unexpected error. When I try to uncheck it, it keeps re-checking it until finally the error pops up.
