Wrong settlementThe following question was settled improperly
http://www.hubdub.com/e/Market/Will_D...
In the settlement details, the claim is that "No major news has reported this."
Meanwhile all it takes is one Yahoo search to find the following
http://sports.yahoo.com/nascar/news;_ylt=AhfFJheMxs6bUZ13yF9ib_Lov7YF?slug=ap-nascar-daytonapenalties&prov=ap&type=lgns
The last I checked, the AP is a fairly major news source. Is this going to be fixed or am I out $4500+ because someone didn't do their homework?-

Individual stock questionsThere were two questions on indiviual stocks this week. I played a third one today only to find out it was voided 15 minutes after the market closed.
http://www.hubdub.com/e/Market/Will_F...
The reason for the question being voided was as follows
Voided in accordance with rules 2.3.4, questions about individual stocks
Where/what exactly is this rule? The link on the main page today doesn't have this. What gives?

voided question = loss of dollars? Why did I lose dollars on a question that was voided? Shouldn't any and all predictions have been refunded? This happened to me twice this week.

The length of time doesn't matter. If intraday trading is allowed for one market, it should be allowed for the other.
I'd suggest using the TV timelines for sporting events. For example, college basketball games are scheduled for 2 hours. So if a college game is scheduled to start at 5pm PT, accept trades until 6:30 (or some other time between 5-7). Makes more sense than being locked out completely while the financial markets can be traded for 99% of their available time.

Unless a question states that no bets can be taken after the game starts, ALL bets made within the course of the game should be accepted. Most games have ebbs and flows and just because a bet is made in the first half/period does not mean itis going to win.
I made a wager last night during the second half of a game that according to the rules of the question was legal. I had to sweat it out thinking I would lose. I didn't "game" the system by trying to bet after the game was over. Instead, I wke up this morning and see ut was voided.
If the Dow can be bet intra-day, so should sports. If not, this type of inconsistency will all but guarantee you drive players away.
