A comment on the idea "Single Bookmarklet" in I Need to Read This:
Don't worry, the bookmarklet isn't going anywhere. We like the site to be simple, and nothing is simpler than dragging something to your toolbar for installation. – Benjamin Stover, on April 07, 2009 18:10

Our servers are being updated with a new certificate. I can't guarantee anything, but this problem should be fixed in 15 minutes or less.
If you are experiencing error messages with the plugin on Firefox, please click Tools -> Addons -> myVidoop plugin and click Disable. You will have to restart your browser. After this issue is resolved you can re-enable it using the same procedure.

The reported Firefox bug above wasn't the issue, but this one is. I'm happy to say that the bug has been accepted and assigned!

Hello,
We're sorry for the confusion! To be clear, if you select 5 image categories you must find the letters for all 5 categories, not any 3. Choosing more categories increases the difficulty of someone guessing them correctly.
Thanks for the detailed feedback on your experience! It helps us fine tune our sign up experience so that the next person will not have the same problem you did.

Hi Rheta,
Sorry to hear about your sign in link trouble. Unfortunately, this behavior is due to a technical limitation with the way our bookmark and sign in functionality works. Not all websites work with the sign in link. We hope to someday look into a better solution, but currently we have no plans to address this.
As you mentioned, you still have the plugin in Firefox for these sites, but we don't have a solution for you in Safari. Thanks for getting in touch.

Benjamin Stover replied on February 23, 2009 17:56 to the question "plug in does not work" in Vidoop:
Hello. Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. I have a few suggestions that might help:
- Is the infinity sign in the toolbar visible? If you do not see it, please make sure the plugin isn't disabled.
- Is it red when you are logged in to myVidoop? If not, please make sure Firefox Preferences -> Cookies -> Accept third party cookies is enabled.
- If you type in your username and password manually, do you get asked to
save it to myVidoop? If not, make sure your website isn't on the ignored sites list.
Let me know if anything worked for you.
