Admin ability to set user landing page on log-in.

Admins should have the ability to control the landing page for users - i.e. set the landing page for certain users to dashboards. In addition - the admin should be able to set the specific dashboard and tab to start on.

Accounts Settings suggest this is the place to add a photo, but there doesn't appear to be an actual way to do this.
