Ben Hodgson reported a problem in Ballpark on October 24, 2009 16:12:
PDF Invoice formatting looks bad for amounts over $9,999PDF invoices don't have enough padding in the "Price" column. Our invoices lines are often 5 figures and our invoices look crappy as a result :(
Email me (ben@fantastichq.com) and I'll send you the PDF of the invoice in question.

Just as valid, although it survives any changes in IP address (however unlikely this may be): use a CNAME. – Ben Hodgson, on September 01, 2009 17:02

What is the lead time on account upgrades? Some of my friends have a shiny new looking version of Twitter but it seems that my account (@blahpro) hasn't been upgraded yet. Any idea on the lead time on upgrades?
Thank you :)

Ben Hodgson shared an idea in The Cosmic Machine on December 01, 2008 20:45:
The trial should be at least 40 days... here's why.Considering that you're still adding features (and what's coming up sounds excellent, I might add), I think users will get a sense of "following" EventBox if they're given the chance to stick with it (for free) while it's growing up.
Besides, considering that it's still a beta, I don't think 14 days is enough to really get into using EB and get hooked on it's potential awesomeness.
40 days would be better; 60 days would be immense. You could also consider an trial that expires on a particular date (say 60-90 days in the future).
So—at least while it's still in beta—I really think that the trial period should be way longer. Once you launch, 14 days is acceptable :)
Just my 2¢...

"Agree with praise" buttonIt would be awesome to have an "I agree with this praise" button and counter, much like the "I have this problem, too" for problems.
