Hmmm...

I'm seeing issues still on my home network. Earlier it was from our office network. I was able to enter one expense by switching from Firefox to Safari, but now Safari is hanging also. Is there something messed up with our account?

When connecting to your website from the computer today, I keep getting this error message in the browser:

"The connection to bendyworks.lessaccounting.com was interrupted while the page was loading."

I'm only seeing issues with lessaccounting, not with other sites.

Perhaps there is something happening with your server?

The iPhone is connecting via the AT&T 3G network, so I know the issue is not my network. Is the app susceptible to dropped communications?

3GS with max RAM. Newest lessaccounting iPhone app. At least it does not show as needing an update. The app even flash "saved" the last time I tried. It's still not showing up. – bendycode, on October 28, 2009 21:33

I've been trying to enter a $3.35 expense from 10/28 via the iPhone. The iPhone app shows it as saved, yet I do not find the expense online, or even on the iPhone "Expenses" tab.

Are some iPhone expenses being lost? Am I missing something?

Hey Guys!

You fixed it! It was able to verify my credentials just fine today. It no longer shows all the accounts, but the accounts that are left off are the smallest, dormant savings accounts that don't matter.

It would be nice to call more attention to the save button. Both I and my business partner have forgotten, or overlooked the save button multiple times. It's especially easy for someone new to the application to look for and not find. Anything you can do to make it stand out would be nice. Perhaps more contrast?

A comment on the problem "Auto Import Stopped working for UWCU" in Less Everything:

The VISA Capital One card is for the other company. Both companies have lots of activity, but none is showing up via data import.

Automatic Importing worked for agilesolutionsforbusiness.lessaccounting.com with University of Wisconsin Credit Union during the trial, but did not keep running nightly. After the trial, I signed that business, and bendyworks.lessaccounting.com up for the $24 plans. Neither account is running the nightly data import, and they both show "We couldn't validate your credentials" as an error. The member number, password and security answers have not changed, so I'm unsure why this used to work and now fails. Any suggestions? Can you look into it on your side?

Can each business pay for itself?

Is there a way to have two businesses under the same profile, yet bill them each to a different credit card?

Basically, I want each business to pay for itself. If kept the two completely separate so far and am uncomfortable having one company owe the other each month.

Being a heavy user of tracker, I occassionally enter tasks into the wrong project.

Perhaps allowing different color themes per project would be a quick, visual way to know you aren't in the wrong project.

In trying Less Accounting, I imported from my bank accounts and see a wage transaction that I want to split into wages + payroll taxes. How do I do this after the import occurred?

I had this same problem just now, but happened to notice that if I click "Add new project", then the archived projects appear, and I was able to unarchive the sole project!
