For the moment, we're focusing to extend the Microsoft Tag Experience through the APIs nut not planning to release a SDK yet.

It is a non touch screen application. You need to use your pad. keep in mind that is a technology preview :)

Good question! It is non touch enable, you have to use your pad to delete it.
