Hi Amy,
We're using Get Satisfaction for our iPhone application's support. In the application's next update, I'll add a link within it that will being users directly to your splendid site.
At the moment, the site looks okay on an iPhone, but it could look much much better, and be much more useable.
This isn't a big feature for you guys to add, it's simply a matter of detecting that the client has mobile Safari (or another mobile browser) and then using a suitable CSS that targets the mobile device. Obviously, you need to design the CSS, but I'm sure your web designers can do that with a few days of work, and there are probably plenty of examples available (wikipedia has a specific style for smart phones).
I notice that Andrew shared this idea with you 9 months ago – that's quite a while back for something that would add huge value for a lot of your clients and users ;-) It's particularly important if developers (like me) want to make support be part of their application (as much as possible), rather than something external.
BTW – I had a quick look at the application that you mentioned. Unfortunately it would require my users to download something else, which I don't want to make them do. The idea is to make getting support seamless and not add another hurdle for them. I'm considering talking to the developer to see if he'll let me add his app in to mine as a library, but I'd need to review it extensively for suitability.
Thanks!-

Can you create a new post via email?I presume that there is some way for my customers to use email to send a support query through so that it becomes a new topic that I can reply to (or that other users can reply to, and they'll get replies)? I've not found how to do this though.
