Sgmerley - yes, good to have someone outside (=someone who did not post there) confirm that there was "not a hint of anything negative in that thread".

I was very much appalled by Sherman's reaction towards us - especially so because it had 23 people liking the idea and then confront these users with negative assertions, e.g. of not being "intelligent".

And, yes, we should be free to voice our needs - and we do so in positive terms.

And and in this thread we were all then accused of NOT giving "intelligent feedback that is constructive to all and positive in tone".

And this was done by an Postbox official.

This seems to me to be wrong in tone and posture. I was trying to be honest, and then got insulted. Go figure.

I have to add that - while I am very positive towards the Postbox folks - their wall of china policy on this topic is really a huge negative!
