thanks for the hint. There is a general problem with the automatic restart after update. This is not a special Win7 issue. We ́re already searching for a solution.

The start of Wuala on System boot should already work. At least when you login to your Windows account. I ́ll look for a possible solution.

this is not not possible right now. We are working on a fuse based solutions for the file system integration on linux and mac. When this is avialble, you should be able to move the mount into media (with admin rights).

What is you intention to do that?

ja, eine direkte Kopie des Systems wird funktionieren. Alternativ kann der Wuala Datenpfad gesichert werden. Nach der Neuinstallation muss Wuala einmal gestartet und wieder beendet werden. Die Daten in dem neu angelegten Wuala-Datenpfad werden dann durch die gesicherten Daten ersetzt. Mit dem nächsten Start des Programms ist der bisherige Status wieder her gestellt.

please start Wuala without the setTempPath option. Once started, write
./wuala setTempPath yourpath

quit and restart Wuala. The temp directory will permanently moved to the new point.

Damit haben wir eine gute Ausgangsbasis um den Fehler zu lokalisieren. Im Moment ist uns dieses Problem noch unbekannt.

you are absolutely correct with your critism. The communication about that problems wasn ́t good at all. We apologize for that.

We are working on a restructuring of our forum services and I think we are able to prevent such mistakes in future. Not at least there will be a bugtracker avialble soon, wich gives us a better way to inform you about the state of those problems.

Specially to this Problem: We have nearly finished our work and we will release the next update wich will include support for Win7 as soon as possible. Like promised, this should be latest with the official start of disposal of Win7.

we have also noticed the problems with nfs and will switch the fsi soon to an other solution, wich will better fit and will be easier to install for the user. So, if you can wait on some weeks, don ́t take too much power in this problem.
