No, don't be sorry. Although we have talked about private messaging (as we did in this topic nearly a year ago), I don't think we'll have that very soon. We may not end up implementing it at all, as we put a lot of emphasis on being open and transparent, and that includes putting as much of the interaction between people as possible out in the open.
That said, we do plan to have a way to pass sensitive customer information in a private way between company employees and the customers they're trying to help out.-

I ́m sorry if I might be the 100th to ask when this private messaging thing in what ever way will be ready to use. And I ́m even more sorry if there is already one and I just couldnt find it. I ́m new to GS. Please help. Thanks!
