maybe attempt to re-download the track pack? Tapulous never charges twice or more for a track pack

It's because of Tapulous. With the new TTR3 and premium tracks, I'm guessing the licenses for those tracks have expired. The Prodigy and Protest The Hero are no more and are unavailable in the TTR2 charts.

If you have a friend then with the songs still in their game then ask him or her to challenge you in that song. Once you tap it the song should be downloaded and added to your music charts.

Ok so what you need to do is click your Avatar and be in the info page. At the top of the page next to your user name there should be a button edit profile. Tap that and scroll down till you see Advanced Settings. Tap the "Click to view" underneath. Now scroll down till you see "How do I delete my profile" click Save and you should get an email. Now Open your email and click the link that you get. Voila you have succeeded in logging out. When you go back on ttr3 you should be able to make a new tapulous account and change your avatar.

first of all send a screenshot of your receipt

secondly is your device jailbroken? If so then get the actual app because I don't think a jailbroken app will be able to reach the premium tracks server.

Thirdly, try to go to options and tap restore purchase tracks

If all else fails then wait of an official reply from tapulous

Can I ask Shalimar, how fast is your internet speed. If you downloaded it in a hurry then maybe some files could be missing from inside the app thus not making it able to run on your iPhone. Also, how does it not work on your iPhone? Does it crash as soon as you tap on it? Send a screenshot of your O.S version. Go into settings then general then about and take a screenshot of the version

So in other words you don't know how to get it? Have you tried downloading it off the ttr2 track list? It's under hard. If it's not there then ask your sis to friend you and ask her to challenge you in the song. You need wifi to do this and she needs to have finished the song in order to battle you. If you take her challenge then the song will be downloaded instantly and there you have it.
