At the moment we have to repair feeds individually. An overall fix for this should be in place shortly. So no, if you haven't sent us your site before, it may appear wrong. Can you send me the URL? I can get one of the developers to fix it.
As noted above, the error with the comments link will be fixed shortly. When you click that link, it should go to comments section of the relevant blog post, as that's what it's tracking. – Melanie Baker, on July 30, 2008 13:21

I'm not seeing comments on your blog for most posts, but for the ones that do have them, the numbers correspond correctly to the numbers we're showing: http://www.aiderss.com/all/infocaris.... -- Where are you seeing the discrepancy? If you can point me to some specific posts that would help.
The error in the comments icon link is known and will be gone with the upgrade to the site we're currently working on. Apologies for that, we know it's kind of annoying. – Melanie Baker, on July 30, 2008 13:19

I would agree that the comment count issue still exists. As of 2 minutes ago, many of my feeds are showing comment counts where the posts themselves have no comments on the blog. It would be helpful if you would reveal what the "comments" is attempting count - is it comments left on the blog post? trackback posts?
Also, the fact that the "conversations" count links to the RSS formatted google blog search is not very usable - i'd like to immediately browse to the relavent conversations, not subscribe to them (I can do that after some quick browsing first).
Awesome service overall though - iron these out and I'd even use this as a pay service.
Thanks!

I'm not so sure it's fixed. Since now it's just not counting any comments. Plus the link towards the comments still points towards http://www.aiderss.com/all/feeds.feed.... Which doesn't seem so right.

Product planning and the like is pretty proprietary, though from time to time we will comment about interesting and upcoming stuff on the blog. – Melanie Baker, on July 24, 2008 12:58

That way you don't have to miss anything by being bound to a fix limit.

BetaByte reported a problem in AideRSS on July 21, 2008 23:21:
comment surplus that links badlyWhen checking my feed I notice that AideRSS claims comments that aren't their. And what's with those "comment" links, when I click on them they keep saying their is an error due to a bad link. Might that be feedburner related?

Ok, unfortunately, we don't control how the Get Satisfaction site works, so I can't get our developers to fix any issues with accounts. The page for submitting problems with the site itself is here: http://getsatisfaction.com/satisfaction - wish I could tell you more about what's not working, but I can't replicate the issue you outlined. They should be able to help you out.

Oh, do you mean you're trying to sign up here at Get Satisfaction, and it's not working with your Flickr account? – Melanie Baker, on July 21, 2008 15:29
