Hi Beth, are you talking about when someone searches for your company on Get Satisfaction? If so, there is work in progress to make it much easier for people to find the right company when searching for variations on your company name. If I've confused your question, though, let me know.

Well, I think this might be solved by a better search. We have talked about other ways of doing this, too, such as when dealing with acronyms and -- as you detail -- apostrophes. Let me check in with our developers and see if we've made progress on this.

Hello! How can we add another name for our company? For example, people know us as "Powells," "Powells.com," "Powell's" and "Powells Books." We want all of them to point to the right place!
