Hello-

We can accept donations from outside the US as long as a MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express charge card is used.

International debit cards aren't accepted.

Please note, all donations made to a fundraising page are in US dollars.

Hello, sorry to hear you are having problems. Go to http://www.facebook.com/apps/applicat... to see if you have it installed or not, and if so, uninstall and try again.....let us know what happens, I had some difficulty with my own profile but was able to get it to show etc so hopefully we can get yours up!!

Please see the post about Facebook to find out how to add the page (through our application) to your profile. As for RSS you can go to the you page, then scroll all the way down and click on the RSS button to learn more about that.

For MySpace and any place you can add HTML, add a Firstgiving Badge: http://www.firstgiving.com/Design/1/b...

Please Read if you are having issues with the Facebook Application!!

This is from our Tech team:

At this time the Firstgiving application cannot be added to your profile page or to its own application tab,it can only be added to the "Boxes" tab.

To do this, click on the "Applications" button at the left end of the Chat bar at the bottom of any Facebook page.

In the menu that appears, click on the "Edit" link and you’ll be taken to the Edit Applications page.

On this page, click on the "Edit" link to the right of the Fundraising application, click on the "Profile" tab in the window that appears, and click on the "add" link next to "Box".

Please note: Widgets and Badges cannot be added to Facebook profiles because you are not allowed to add HTML code to your profile. Please use the Application we have developed to add your page to your Profile. Will appear in "Boxes" like the image below.

The widget and MySpace don't get along too well, so I suggest adding a button instead.

We currently don't offer an option like this. As the system is right now, you can have multiple pages, each linked to a different organization, under one account.

Firstgiving sends check payments directly to non-profits once per month. Payments are sent out around the middle of the month, for the previous month's donations.

Once you give the donation to the non-profit they should be able to provide a receipt for that donation for that person.

Firstgiving only gives confirmations/receipts for online donations.

If you would like to add your or someone else's Firstgiving page to your Facebook profile please go to: http://www.facebook.com/apps/applicat...
and click "sign up" in the upper right hand corner.

Once the app. has been added you can enter your entire page address (including the http://) and it will add it to your profile.

If you are looking in your non-profit report area, just click on the "+/- completed" link to see all events/campaigns that you have has listed with us. You can view the reports for these events from there!

Hello-

A donation and a registration fee are two different things. We cannot 'move' a donation over to count as a registration fee. So you will have to pay the registration fee separately and during the registration process you can join a team.
