Betty replied on September 02, 2009 10:47 to the question "forwarding emails via address book" in Comcast:
But when you forward from your address book, and click on the names in alpha order, ONE AT A TIME!!!!! Add, the address book goes right back to the top of the list again. Then you have to scroll down and find the last recipient you clicked on, add, and start over again from the top!!!!!! Very annoying especially if you have a rather large address book and want to forward to a select few!!!!!!-

Betty replied on April 17, 2009 19:57 to the problem "No help from Comcast, no photos either" in Comcast:
It doesn't work. Anyone who uses Comcast as their email provider will forward to me. The body of the email has blank spots where the pictures should be. You have to open the attachment, look at the picture, scroll down to see what the picture was about, open next attachment, scroll down, etc. etc. etc. I can see the entire e-mail with pictures embedded perfectly from NON-COMCAST subscribers!!!! So I have given up forwarding embedded email pictures I get from non-comcast people because I look like a complete idiot. Other ISP users don't understand what the problem is!!!!!!!! They think its me not knowing how to forward emails!!!! LOL

Oh I feel your pain!!!!!!! I get pictures from other ISP users, I forward, click options, include original as attachment, Well I have another comcast email address which I forwarded this particular email to just to make sure it worked. Well guess what? It forwarded the embedded pictures!! I then forward exactly the same way to people in my address book and my recipients say all the got was a "Red X" !!! Betty replied on March 13, 2009 10:58 to the problem "Why is comcast email such a hassle?" in Comcast:
used to be able to click on Comcast.net Sign In saved in my favorites, type in my login and go directly to my email. Now when I click on Comcast.net sign in, it immediately goes to comcast.net homepage, I have to click on Sign In. Screen then goes back to comcast's homepage. I wait till all the advertising comes up, then I can click on Mail. I have even tried to save the Smartzone communications site directly to my favorites but it overwrites the already saved link.? Three step login processs now just to see email? What is the Smartzone communications email login site, so I can just see my email?-

I just got off the phone with the Comcast. They are aware of this problem. It is a glitch in the system and will not be fixed for a couple of months so no forwards of pictures embedded in emails for awhile...If you would like their number it is 769-226-8994. I can't imagine comcast email subscribers would put up with that crap.........................................I'm not

I just got switched yesterday to this Smartzone. What a NIGHTMARE! I have watched the tutorials many times. I cannot forward an email with a picture imbedded in it. All my recipents get is a Red "X" where the picture should be. I just got off the phone with Comcast support and they tell me the problem lies with the recipients email provider and NOT SMARTZONE!!! This never, never happend with the old comcast format. I can't even get pictures from other Comcast "Dumbzone" email recipients................ I am very upset with them.-
