Great news that the issue was solved with 0.0.4.

Private videos are not auto-uploaded if you have that checked on the website. However, if you specifically press Share > YouTube from your phone - then it is uploaded. This is because we assume that if you are making that specific selection from your phone you really want to do this.

Hi - which version of Qik app are you using. If it is 0.0.3 can you try downloading the 0.0.4 and giving it a try?

The above can be achieved in the following ways:

- From your phone while you stream click Options > Share and send SMS with link to the people you want to share with so that they can watch the videos from their phone itself.

- After you have streamed a private video go to Qik.com from either the computer or on your phone and click Share to share the videos via email

- Create a private group for your family and have your videos go there directly by configuring this through Edit Profile > Groups

Dave - can you send support@qik.com your Qik username and we'll reset the password and send it over. Also, you should have received a Facebook notification with your password. If the notification did not come through - let us know.

Mark - to do this, login to Facebook and then go to Settings > Application Settings. Select Show Authorized applications. Then delete Qik from the list of Authorized applications.

For deleting from the phone, go to http://qik.com/m from the browser on your phone, login, go to your profile page and then you can delete from there.

Hi - Was this is the video you were referring to: http://qik.com/video/1013971? This seems to be >10mins.

If not - can you send the link to the videos you are having problem uploading to support@qik.com and mark it to my attention?

Share your videos with your friends on Facebook with Facebook Connect.

What does that mean for you? It means you can now instantly share your Qik videos on Facebook the way you have been able to share photos for quite some time - directly from your mobile device.

YouTube has a restriction such that only videos of length 10mins or less can be uploaded. That specific video is greater than that.
