Rashmi, how are you converting the ppt into pdf (i.e. which application?) use 4th option to set the compression ratio.

If you want to upload the PDF then while converting the ppt into pdf retain the DPI and increase the compression upto 50 %. That'll do!

HI jim,
unfortunately, we are not supporting transparent JPEG images currently. But I can suggest you one workaround. If you have original image (not in jpeg format may be in some lossless format or raw image) then try to put that in your presentation and while exporting that into PDF don't use JPEG compression for compressing the image.
