It sounds like you haven't enhanced your Tradespace yet.
Just so you know, when you set up a new profile, it will be a basic profile that just acts like a listing. However, if you want to enhance this profile you will need to click the enhance link/button which you will find in the intro on your dashboard.
The reason we've split the sign up into a basic and enhanced Tradespace was because a lot of our Tradespacers were signing up and then not adding content to their Tradespace due to lack of time and other reasons. So when customers arrived on their Tradespace all they saw was an empty Tradespace.
Now, even if you don't add content/enhance your Tradespace, if a customer were to arrive on your new profile, it would still look professional with your contact details/location etc.
I've put together a guide on how to enhance your Tradespace which you can use. I hope it's useful.

Thanks for letting us know. Even though the vast majority of the move has taken place, we're currently moving the final few Tradespaces over. The move should b e complete by Saturday 21st - so please bear with us till then. If I could ask you to see if you can find your Tradespace over the weekend and let us know - that would be great.
We're incredibly sorry for any inconvenience. It was a tough and complicated move but one for the better in the long run.
If you still can't find your Tradespace after the weekend please do come back and let us know.

I did a search for your company and found this Tradespace

Can I ask if
- you had this Tradespace URL/Link before the move to the new site.
- if you had made it live by ticking the terms and conditions
- if you had any content in it before the move?
If the answer to the above three questions is yes, then the problem is on our side and we will need to look in to this further. However, if you hadn't ticked the terms,then as per our emails, we wouldn't have held the link for you - and chances are, that someone else bagged that link.
If you let me know the details to the questions by responding in this community do I can help/investigate further.
PLease let me know as soon as possible so I can help.

Looking at the above string, it seems that you were managing multiple Tradespaces.
Just to let you know, as per our emails (hope you got them!), if you weren't active on any of these Tradespaces (that is, you hadn't actually ticked the terms and made your site live) before the move, then we would've left them behind. The reason for this is because we did give people are chance to make these sites live through our emails so if they didn't then we would've assumed you didn't want that site.
However, if your Tradespaces DID have content and you had ticked the terms though (as it sounds like you have), then, they should've/would've been migrated. We are moving over the last few Tradespaces by this Saturday 21st November - so if you could bear with us till then and check back this weekend.
If you still can't find the extra Tradespaces you mention, can I ask you please contact me via by personal profile at http://www.bttradespace.com/profile/p... with the details of your specific Tradespaces and I will look in to it for you.

Even though we've gone live with the new site, due to the scale of the launch, there were a last few Tradespaces we are still moving over. You should have received an email about this last week. If you didn't, please respond and let me know. But generally, by Saturday ALL Tradespaces will be live on the new site.
Obviously, I know this is not convenient - but could I ask you to check over the weekend and if your site is still not there, to please let me know.
Also, what is the link of your Tradespace? I'll do some research of my own.
Hope that's answers your question for now. ... will wait to hear back after the weekend.

hi guys,
I appreciate your comments on the media editor tool not uploading your images. Basically, the minimum size of your logo/profile images is 136 x 136 px. If it's smaller it does throw up an error.
I've put together a guide on how to use the media editor plus some guidance when uploading video and images - so please feel free to use this for now. We are looking into all of these teething problems so will keep you updated. A lot of Tradespacers have managed to upload their logos - so it's only affecting a few. If you could follow Emma's advice and give her the specifics of your problem or email be via my personal profile at http://www.bttradespace.com/profile/p... ... it will help us diagnose it further and see how we can help.
