Sorry for missing your point there Nitsirk.. I get lost in the world full of small complaints being the end of the world for them. Had a product shipped from another retailer that didn't arrive in it's own box.. I agree that they should make notes of this fact of not boxing an item for shipping, so a parent (which I also get the title of) can be prepared... And the degenerates? Don't hate all of them.. Most of them are managers! :))

Maybe because there are a lot of people complaining about things that shouldn't be taking up the managers time.. Prices going up? "this soda was .76 cents the other day and now it's .80".. C'mon people.. Quit thinking that if you complain to a manager it will make a life changing difference.. Then maybe they can help with the register issues in a more timely manner and not delay anybody while they are waiting to check out. People.. You go there, you've been there before.. Try to REMEMBER (I know, self accountability here) that next time, it will probably be the same as the last time.. And if it keeps happening.. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE or quit complaining about it, because you are making the choice to put yourself in that position..

Lets be serious.. because it wasn't wrapped up and shipped is the reason to "never go there again?" However I am going to guess if the shipping costs included enough to cover the labor and materials for shipping and wrapping you wouldn't have went there to begin with. There are much better things to complain about, and much worse things in the world than the possibility of having to buy a different toy tor a christmas present..

Even the schedules do not have last names. First names are what you get, and they don't have to be honest. – BigB, on May 31, 2009 00:16
A comment on the problem "Rude service at walmart" in Wal-Mart:
it's not an arrest if the customer was so afraid that she refused to leave the store until the police verified everything.. It's babysitting. Asking to see the footage? I'm definately NOT saying you were a shoplifter, and I believe that you were NOT/ARE not, however 80% of MY shoplifters ask to see the footage. best actions in this position. Stay put and await authorities to put the loss prevention in THEIR place.. If you ask to leave and they say no, it CAN be (but NOT always due to creativity) unlawful detainment depending on their methods.. – BigB, on May 31, 2009 00:15
