I ordered a bag on Sunday night, and UPS still hasn't picked up on it...

Yes the 7 digit order number will bring up the tracking info once the shipment hits a UPS hub. We are working with UPS to have an email sent to you when your order ships but haven't gotten that up and running yet. I agree a week is too long for an order to get out. It normally doesn't take more than a day or two so I'm looking into what happened there.

it would have been nice to receive a UPS shipping number and not just the order number. I didnt know that searching for my order number would eventually take me to the UPS site.

I entered my order number on your tracking page earlier and was getting errors on the ups site...thinking DUH its using the 7 digit order number..

This is somethign you might want to change in the future.

My bag should arrive on monday...didnt know that it would take a week to ship. A bit to slow for my taste!

Now can you find my order? It's #5147640 (ordered April 9th) and the order tracking site keeps telling me there's no information available. – John, on April 17, 2008 17:45

I just tracked it and it's scheduled for a 4/21 delivery. I hope this helps!

Find your confirmation e-mail that confirms your order and find the order number. Go to the customer service section and find the link " Track my package" In the section that lists the order number enter it. After you click on it you should be sent to the ups tracking information page telling you where your package is. I had to this because I never got a e-mail from them as well telling me that my Bag that I spent a fortune on was already shipped out
