Widgets on Netvibes stuck on "Loading Widgetbox widget..."@netvibes_help Many of the Widgets seem to hang on "Loading Widgetbox widget..."

Location of "Account Settings" link was hard to findThe other day, I was trying to change my account settings (specifically my user name) and it took me a while to find it. I think I first looked in the upper-right corner of the page where most sites have a My Account-type link, but I didn't see it there.
Then I scanned the the profile box in the left navigation area. I found View my profile so I clicked on it thinking I'd be able to edit it from there, but no luck.
I finally took a closer look at the web page and found the Account Settings link as the last item in the group of links starting with What's Happening?.
I reflected upon why I initially missed it and realized that I had scanned those links but gave up about halfway down since they all seemed like content links rather than configuration links. Seems like the Account Settings link doesn't fit with the other links in that group. It's also not consistent with most account-oriented web sites including e-commerce sites, where your account link is typically in the upper-right corner by links like Sign Out and Logged in as [User].
Here's a mock-up of three places I recommend placing a link to a user's account settings page. I think moving it to locations (1) or (2) in addition to also having an "Edit" link on the profile page (3) would make it easier to find.

If short letter-based domain names are hard to come by, how about using numbers? I used to have an email provider with the domain "141.com". It was short and very easy to enter.
If you go this route, it would help touch typists if it could be entered with one hand (like "131" or "797") and avoid the number "6" because it's such a stretch on most keyboards.

That's great news...glad you're already thinking of it! Even if you only end up with "oinbox", that's still an improvement.
BTW, I'm impressed with this site. I hadn't heard of GetSatisfaction before but they really seem to be raising the bar for customer support web sites. Between all the social features and the quick response from company staff, you guys are providing a great support experience. Well done!

Shorten "otherinbox.com"When you add your otherinbox user name and the address ("spam@") the email address ends up being very long. When giving addresses out over the phone this is tedious. It would be nice if there was a abbreviated version of the domain name we could use.
For example, instead of: "spam@john.otherinbox.com"
This would be much better: "spam@john.oi.com"
I realize you guys would have to go through the hassle and register a new domain, but it would make using the service easier. The shorthand version doesn't need to be memorable, since it's something users who want to use it will quickly memorize it. Other users can still use the long version.
