Ok, here's what happened:
You set feedback.otherinbox.com to redirect (via a HTTP 302) to getsatisfaction.com/otherinbox. You didn't remove your set cname on our site beforehand.
This caused us to redirect to you, and you redirected back to us with a page we don't have a route for.
I removed the cname you had set on our site.
Our cname feature allows you to host our site nested under your domain name. Setting up a redirect back to us precludes the use of this feature.

We don't allow you to remove a topic if there's replies to it or to remove a reply if there's comments on the reply. We do this to prevent people from e.g. removing a topic and taking other users' content with it.
Sorry for the confusion about this!
It looks like the removed reply was also yours. In this case, you should probably be able to remove your own topic since all the subsequent replies/comments are also yours. I can remove this for you manually if you wish.

Hi Will,
You're listed as a customer because that's what your company relationship is set to be. :)
You need to visit your control panel and change your company relationship from 'Customer' to something else. You can do so from here: http://getsatisfaction.com/people/use... – Bill Palmer, on November 02, 2009 20:41

Sorry if I didn't make myself clear, but, as I just explained, the accounts in question have multiple company memberships associated with them. There is a bug in our code allowing this to happen.
Do you know of anyone having a similar issue? – Bill Palmer, on October 30, 2009 16:52

Hi Heather and Simone,
I figured out what the problem was. We record a user's "membership" with a company and use it as the basis for granting access to moderation tools, displaying the "employee" box around avatars, and so forth.
Somehow, Heather and Steve had multiple memberships associated with their respective companies, one as a user and one as an employee. I've removed the non-employee memberships and you should start to see your "employee" status appearing on new topics and on old topics as they expire from our cache.
Sorry for the inconvenience. I will look into this problem to make sure it doesn't happen in the future.
