BlinkMSequencer is just a Processing application, so perhaps the easiest way would be download Processing for Linux, grab the BlinkMSequencer source and open "BlinkMSequencer.pde" in Processing. The press "Run" and it should work.
If it works for you, you should be able to produce a Linux executable by doing "Export Application" from the File menu. -
