Unfortunately you need to be able to add custom javascript to your wiki in order to have the sidebar display the Table of Contents in the SideBar and you only get that with a premium wiki. If I think of anything else, I'll let you know.

And thanks for the complement on the site. It took a while to customize it, but it is worth it for me and the users of my site.
