Can't Delete A Mailbox

Unable to delete a mailbox. The site hangs and then times out. I have about 98 thousand messages in that box. Could that be the issue?

Blackspot started following the idea "New Mail Notification via application, toolbar, browser plug-in, etc." in OtherInbox.
