Assuming that your are the administrator and creator of the chatroom on chat.blendapps.com then you can not change your email address. The email address is your unique username and that is what you use to login to chat.blendapps.com. If you have changed email address and do not want to continue to use the old one just as username on blendapps then I suggest that you create a new account with the new email address and recreate all your chatrooms with this new user.

There is at the moment no way for you to controll what ads that are displayed. However, we aim to show only familyfriendly ads. Currently we are not displaying ads for userplane chatrooms for this very reason. Are you using meebo or userplane chatrooms?

We are aware of this prolblem and looking at it. We have done some tweaking that should hopefully solve most of the problem. Do you have long connection times at different chat rooms or always on the same one? If it is just one chat room that is slow then which one is this?

It should not be a problem with 2 different userplane chatrooms in the same ning network, however not on the same page. Could you please let me know what pages the chats are on so I can take a look and test it out?

We have had some connecting problems the last few days, but that should have been cleared up now. Please let me know if you still are having problems, and then let me know what chat rooms specifically this is.

We have had plans to integrate with SocialGo for a while, but those are now on the backburner. Eventually this will come but since there is a need to pay for a Premium SocialGo account to really take full advantage of Blendapps Chat on SocialGo we have choosen to wait a while with this one.

At this time there is no way to customize meebo chat colours or enlarge the "who's online" column. We have choosen to not do all the customization possible to the chat rooms to keep the process of using them as easy and streamlined as possible.

I do respond to this site, even if I am sorry to say it has been very intermittent lately.

Thanks for your message. You can not logout of the chat only, you need to logout of the Ning network. Once logged out of the Ning network Blendapps Chat also counts you as logged out.

We will consider the offline/online idea of yours, it is a good one.

If it is a chatroom you have created then you can find the facebook code in chat.blendapps.com (for each chatroom there is a little facebook logo, just click on that). If it is a chatroom that somebody else has created then you need to ask that person for the facebook code and he can in turn get it from chat.blendapps.com.

I am glad you solved your problem. Other than the suggestions I had in my previous answer I do not really have any input at this time. We will definitly consider upping the security, and mainly the admin options in the future.
