I have been trying for ages to remove/block some people but they keep coming back. They are spammers or trying to sell me something and it is BLOODY ANNOYING! When will Twitter do something about this.

This is the 'bad' side of Twitter and should be fixed as a matter of urgency.

Come on Twitter - pull your finger out.
