Can I upload only the synth files?

I created a backup of the synth files of my collection (.dzdz, .synth.bin) during the publishing stage. After this i got an error: 0xA000000B. I uploaded all of my photos and the synth files and got an error. My collection is made of more then 600 photos, the processing took for a whole day. Can I upload only the synth files?

It's possible. I tried to resynth a collection. It stuck by the publishing stage. My second attempt was successful.
