Hi there. From what I can tell, it's because your blogpost is missing the ul tag that's supposed to be part of the badge code that Twitter provides.
Since this forum doesn't handle the display of code too well, I've used Textsnip so you can see exactly what's missing.
Kindly click this link: http://textsnip.com/a8875e

If you go to the main page of JCKonline.com you'll find that it stands for Jewelers' Circular Keystone; it is the website for the jewelry magazine for which I am a writer. The Twitter issue I am having is about halfway down the page of the post (http://tinyurl.com/3lpfdb) where the text reads "Bacilio ... follow me on Twitter." What should happen is that my last five updates should be displayed, since they are not being displayed I began this thread hoping to figure out why. Again I hate to break it to you ... but I actually do need help. I created the post so that jewelers who read the Style360 blog and who are in Vegas for the JCK Las Vegas Jewelry Show can "Follow Me," if they are interested. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why the code I pulled from Twitter's site isn't properly displaying my badge/most recent updates? – bm2, on May 27, 2008 05:26

I did click your link. The blog post is some keyword packed Twitter write-up where you take pause to note (early in) that you have a number of ways to reach you. Facebook. LinkedIn. Twitter.com.
This after waiting for your page to load --- where all I saw for at least 30 seconds was the domain: "JCKONLINE.COM" and I'm thinking, "K. Now it all makes sense... male porn."
It wasn't that... it was just you promoting yourself 9 ways to Sunday. I didn't even see your Twitter issue - not anywhere - not even after looking twice for dry humor's sake.
Anyhow... good luck with your "corporate" blog. I'm sure it doesn't hate Twitter all that much...

I'm sure that people may use these forums for self-promotion, and I can admit that my post may seem that way, but I hate to break it to you ... I'm actually in need of help. If you click on the link you can see that I really am having the problem I pointed out. – bm2, on May 27, 2008 04:43

bm2 reported a problem in Twitter on May 27, 2008 03:58:
Does my "corporate" blog hate Twitter?I tried to put a badge within an individual blog post (http://tinyurl.com/3lpfdb), using my company's blog application and it doesn't seem to be working.
Is this because of the server issues (http://blog.twitter.com/2008/05/man-d...), or should I be using different coding (I used the code listed here: http://twitter.com/badges/html), or is it that my company's blog tool just doesn't play well with others?
