bon reported a problem in hedgehog lab on September 29, 2008 23:32:
"More" option under issue filter not appearingWhen I go to the Issues tab and click on Filter, then select Project from the dropdown menu and select a project, the "more" option that appears (as documented by Sarat here) is empty. See screenshot attached.
Fixx 1.4.2 on Vista using Firefox 3.0.2.

This is fixxed in 1.4. Basically, there was some confusion in how we interpreted what the text said vs what it did.
The fix was to leave the links as Open and Resolved (i.e. issues that have not been dealt with and those that have been), but change the filter on the Resolved link to point to both Resolved & Closed issues. This is because if you have closed an issue, it is obvious that it has been resolved.

Re: Due Date.
It looks like this has been overlooked in the enhancement made for the info panel. I will check if this is a regression or not implemented at all. This was definitely a planned feature pre beta.
As for estimated effort, I agree in principle but given that the whole "timesheet" based feature-set needs an overhal, I think we will address that in 2.0 when we introduce time-based reports and a better way to track progress.
bon shared an idea in hedgehog lab on July 28, 2008 01:03:
Due date not shown on ticketCurrently you have to click "Edit estimates" in order to view the due date for an issue. The due date should be shown in the blue status area, possibly underneath the "Found in" and "To be fixed in" values.
It should only be shown to logged in users though (excluding clients). The "To be fixed in" value is enough information for clients and anonymous visitors.
The "Estimated effort" would ideally be shown here too, but I'm not sure if that adds a little too much clutter to the screen. Might need some thinking about.
