Is your offer of personally overnight delivering new adapters still on the table? It's ridiculous that dell is still dealing with this problem and with ALL or MOST of their models.

Same problem here. And from what I've been reading, it's a common problem with dell. That compounded with the fact they charge you an arm and a leg for a replacement that's not guaranteed to work, it took me about 3 minutes to decide I'm not ever buying dell again.
