Add tracking across TwitterThere is a tool called TwitSnip described here: http://erinmcmahon.wordpress.com/2008...
"Twitter Grader has come out with a new bookmarklet tool, TwitSnip. “TwitSnip is a simple tool for posting small snips to Twitter. It lets you “quote” text on any web page. It does nifty things like looking up the @user for the website and linking back to the source.”
It does just what it says it does. Like the Friendfeed or Google Reader bookmarklet, you can highlight a section of text on any web page, click on the bookmarklet and the tool will do the rest. It inserts the (tiny) URL, lets you know how many characters you have left (or are over), and even looks up the twitter account associated with that website (if there is one). Hit post and it gets posted on your twitter account."
I'd also like to see tracking of "re tweets" in some fashion. Essentially, integrating Twitter / Twitter users into an attribution chain in some fashion.

Allow me to import a WordPress or other blogAs part of signup or setup, it would be great to be able to import a WordPress or other blog software with an RSS feed into my Bryght Light account.

Give me a feed to subscribe to comments people make on my posted itemsI can get a feed of the comments that I make, but I can't seem to find a way to get a feed of all the comments that anyone else makes on items that *I* post.

Allow more than one provider company per user accountWhile the team functionality is great for running different projects, there are cases where you do need more than one provider company. The only way to currently have more than one provider company is to create a separate user account, create your second provider company, and then give full access to your first / "real" username.
This is obviously a work around, and it also encourages the production of "placeholder" user accounts (e.g. my second "account" was only used to setup the provider company - now that I've given my personal account full control, I'll never use it again.
So, please support multiple provider companies per user account.

I think importing connections should definitely be handled -- on signup, and later.
It's currently very hard to find "friends" or people you want to follow in Disqus. Entering in the email address of people one at a time is hard / tedious.
Friendfeed does a great job of pulling in connections from, e.g., Facebook. Using a similar methodology from Twitter and other websites would be excellent. The "follower" concept is probably better than friends: there are a lot of people that I wouldn't classify as "friend", but that I am interested in what comments they post.-

Display an image upload progress indicatorI'm using Firefox on Mac. Image uploads rarely complete, and there is no way of telling if it failed silently in the background or if I have a bad Internet connection. A progress bar showing upload time would go a long way in showing me that it's actually working.

Make searches bookmarkable in the browser address barI can see that your example searches have direct links, and that the address I type in is linked on the page, but the browser address bar just says http://www.homezilla.ca/search.php, so I can't bookmark it directly in my browser.

OK, we're still working on this, but we got a little further. Thanks to Patrick B for working through this with me.
Apparently, certain kinds of HTML cause issues with the mail server. So, cut and pasting from a web page that has funky HTML in it will some times mess things up. Very simple emails should work no problem.
Specifically Google map links with double encoded ampersands are one issue. Test your email in small batches to track down stray HTML ....

Can't send email to attendeesI've tried to send email to all 300 attendees, and it doesn't work (although it is listed as being sent). I've also tried to send to small numbers of people for further testing, but none of the email is going out.

Can't reach your phone number from CanadaIt's great that you post your phone number and tell people to call. But I can't reach it from Canada! Please post your local number then at least I can choose to call long distance. Thanks!
