Boxbe Chris set one of Boxbe Chris' replies as an official response to "Retain my email address?" in Boxbe
Boxbe Chris replied on November 29, 2009 07:23 to the question "Retain my email address?" in Boxbe:
Hi Dean,
We have a couple responses to your question.
1) If you own/manage the domain emailstring.com, then you can have Google Apps handle the mail routing and you won't have to change to a boxbe.com address, if you choose to use Google Apps for email routing.
2) If you do not own/manage the domain emailstring.com, then, yes, you will need to create a boxbe.com address because Boxbe currently only integrates directly with Gmail, AOL Mail, Yahoo! Mail and Google Apps.
Thank you

Please let us know the domain you are sending from, and is it possible to provide an example of a problem-causing message that was sent (date/time/recipient/subject would be ideal), so we can debug. You can send the information to support@boxbe.com and let us know it's been sent.

Boxbe Chris set one of Boxbe Chris' replies as an official response to "When Does Block == DoNotBlock?" in Boxbe
Boxbe Chris replied on November 25, 2009 11:27 to the question "When Does Block == DoNotBlock?" in Boxbe:
That is interesting. For both issues (not screening and failing sending authentication), try this:
Disable Boxbe screening on your email account temporarily. Simply click "disable" next to the address displayed on this page: https://www.boxbe.com/email-address
Then re-enable screening on the email address to see if that fixes the issue.
REMEMBER: When prompted to mark contacts as friends, click: "do this later" link. If you don't click the "do this later" link, then email invitations to join Boxbe will be sent to whoever's marked as a friend.
Please let us know if that resolves the issue after you've had time to review. Thank you

Boxbe Chris set one of Boxbe Chris' replies as an official response to "I keep getting double emails... why?" in Boxbe
Boxbe Chris replied on November 25, 2009 11:16 to the question "I keep getting double emails... why?" in Boxbe:
Hi,
Thank you for sending us this issue. Where are you seeing the double emails?
If you are using Boxbe for Gmail or Google Apps, then you will see a copy of each message that Boxbe screens in the All Mail folder. This is how Gmail and Google allow for system-to-system communications for the email screening to take place over IMAP.
If you are using Boxbe for Yahoo! Mail or AOL mail or Boxbe Public Forward address, please let us know.
Thank you
