Sorry, we no longer support Aware IM. I still believe it's a fantastic product, but we found the company's support responsiveness to be less than stellar. Several times, we found ourselves in the position of trying to work with a customer to deal with installation issues and when we asked Aware for help, they wanted to charge us for the time. I understand the concept of paid support, but when you have a VAR promoting your product to the world at large, I would think you would try to work with that company, rather than try to squeeze a few bucks out of them. Bottom line is I was disappointed by the fact that they treated us just like any other customer, when we were going out of our way to promote and sell their product. If you want to rent a dedicated server from Hostland and install Aware on the server, you're more than welcome to, but we're no longer officially supporting the product.
