Great news, Garry just fixed the bookmarklet issue! I think we've fixed all the bugs now for this integration.
A few people are still reporting that the widget doesn't work; however these are with custom themes that don't validate as HTML. Be sure to run your custom themes through the W3C validator and make sure all of your tags are closed, otherwise there's not much I can do to help.

It looks like the DOM is busted for this theme, specifically an unclosed tag somewhere. I get a few warnings in Safari and the W3C validator that the HTML is malformed:

I noticed the theme you're running is not a standard Posterous theme so I can't really dig any deeper.
We had to do some crazy tricks with our widget to make sure that it took on the themes in a Posterous page; these tricks require that the DOM be in decent condition though. I wish we had something more robust but its really hard to make JS work with invalid HTML.
