Craig,
Thanks for letting us know about your issue. We did a big database upgrade yesterday so things were slow for a bit while our servers were playing catchup with the syncing processes.
I believe our average time between syncs is about 10 minutes right now.
Obviously, the main purpose of TweetSaver is to keep an archive of historical tweets that is searchable, taggable and shareable. While we aim to keep things backed up as real-time as we possibly can (syncing times are in constant flux due to user load and Twitter api issues), much of our value is in the fact that you can search for older items that are difficult to find on search.twitter.com or your main Twitter.com profile.
In any case, I've just made sure that your sync is up to date as of a couple minute ago. Thanks so much for using TweetSaver and for your feedback!!

Julie, it appears that at least some of your tweets are synced now. Still digging into why we don't have all of them. It may be due to some twitter api issues. I'll get back with you soon! – bradley, on September 09, 2009 02:21

bradley replied on September 05, 2009 20:59 to the problem "My credit card was issued from a non-U.S. bank and it's not being accepted!" in Squeejee:
We've seen a lot of international customers having their non-U.S. credit cards rejected due to failing to pass our merchant's automated address verification service.
Some non-U.S. banks do not support this security measure and you will not be able to use that particular credit card to pay.
Sometimes, this error occurs because you did not enter the correct billing address for the credit card. Please double check the billing address and try again.
If the transaction still fails, you may want to try a different credit/debit card.
If you cannot successfully checkout with your non-U.S. credit card, please send an email to bradley[at]squeejee.com and we will see how we can further assist you.
Thank you!

you will get that message until all of your stuff is completely synced... hopefully that will be very soon as we deploy some enhancements to speed up syncing. Thanks again for your patience! – bradley, on September 03, 2009 17:56
