Hi there,
You actually aren't doing anything wrong. Your individual bars now take more time to deplete. If you log in and your stats are already full, you can't raise your puppy's happiness anymore. Give your bars some time to drop, and when you come back you will be able to quickly raise your dog's happiness into Platinum.

Hi Nina,
You don't actually need to create a second gamer id to adopt another dog. If you go to the pet store through the globe menu, you can adopt another dog (if you have enough puppy bucks). If you want to make a separate account, you need to delete and re-install the application. Then you can create a new account and adopt a new dog.

Would you mind emailing us at support@ngmoco.com with your gamername. Here are a couple other questions that would be helpful to answer in your email:
How do you know you weren't able to be taken on a playdate? Do you know someone who tried and wasn't able to?
Did you change your playdate permissions? Playdate permissions are located within your profile in the Touch Pets friends tab. This allows you to choose who can take your dog/s on playdates.

Dog food will only start replenishing if you drop below 1.0 bowls of food. You can purchase additional food through the other paid food bowl versions if you wish. We will also be introducing in-app purchases to Touch Pets in the future. Hope this helps and thanks for your feedback!

Thanks for your feedback. The Science career step 8 requires your dog to be in Romance with another dog. To do this, go on play-dates with other dog's. Your dog will eventually find puppy love with another dog. Keep your dog clean, well dressed, and even give him/her some some cologne/perfume to increase the chances of love (try using the love potion you created earlier in the science career before going on a play-date!). Hope this helps and we will look into the current translation.

Thanks for your feedback. Do you own multiple dogs already? If so, you can access the "My Dogs" menu by selecting your profile image from the main screen (on the top left). There you will find the "My Dogs" tab.
If you have multiple dogs, the active ones will have their portraits highlighted. Highlight both to have them both out at the same time, or highlight one to play with one at a time.

Hello, sorry to hear you are having this issue. The troubleshooting steps to address this issue for most users are as follows.
1. Re-start your device and then load Rolando.
2. Uninstall Rolando from your phone, restart and reinstall.
3. Uninstall Rolando from the device, and from the Applications folder in iTunes. Then "Buy" Rolando again from iTunes (don't worry you won't be charged twice) by downloading the application again from the App Store.
4. Change the default language on your phone (in Settings), then launch Rolando. It should load. Quit, return to Settings & change your language setting back to English.
