I talked to him via email. The UI is out of his hands now. Its currently an issue with the iphones software itself.

Lets just say if Aftershock decides to do anything like this, they better hope that they can make enough money from the few people that spend a lot of money compared to the lot of people that spend a few dollars here and there. They also need to think about future sales, ratings will plummet horribly.

Difference between that though. The sims is not an online game where your competing against people. The items give no gain, they're 100% extra. This would allow people to "control" the game because they could pour money into it and in tern become a "leader" This obviously doesnt happen in the Sims. Therefor thats why its more reasonable for EA to sell expansion packs like that because they are just that, purely extra. :) – Brandon - 155 191 504, on April 10, 2009 00:04

Ive stuck by for just about everything thats happened, but I promise if this happens, I'm out. I havent spent a lot on LP, but this would by far cross the line.

If you restore, your warranty is reinstated, seeing as how there would be no evidence. And since you can always restore, theres no risk involved.
