Brandon replied on March 23, 2009 19:46 to the question "I have a bed from the 40"s 50's do you carry brackets for bedrails?" in Homeplace Group:
We carry many different brackets for different applications. Can you give me a better idea of what exactly you are looking for, so that I can help you? If it's possible, can you send a picture of what bracket you are needing to replace? This will help me to understand what it is you are needing.
You can reply here, or email me directly at bwarr@homeplacegroup.com

Professional Customer ServiceWe recently received the following praise from a customer, and we wanted to share the kind words about Blaine.
"When I had several questions about this product, a gentlemen named Blaine was more then helpful, and extremely patient with me, What a pleasure to have someone as professional as he was to deal with on the other end of the phone!!! Customer service goes a long way, and your company, as well as Blaine exceeded it in every way! Thank you very much for a pleasant on-line shopping experience."
Thank you for the kind words, Rocco!

Alex,
While we do not deal with iPhone applications (we mostly deal with furniture), I am familiar with the situation from personal use so I'll be glad to help.
There are two parts to answer: Yes, you can delete the app from your iPhone so it does not take up space, but no, you would not be able to get a refund for it (iTunes says all sales are final.)
To delete the Application, go to the home screen on your iPhone where the icon for the "Mirror" app is, then press and hold your finger on the icon until the icons 'wiggle.' Then, you can tap the little 'X' on the icon, and that will delete the mirror application.
I hope this helps. You might want to contact the developer of the application directly too (You can find their info on the iTunes App Store.)
Have a good day!

Brandon replied on January 14, 2009 18:45 to the question "How do I measure sofa legs?" in Homeplace Group:
To measure the height of your existing sofa leg, do the following:
- Stand the leg up on a flat surface (like a table)
- Take a measuring tool, and hold it beside the leg, also resting it on the table
- Measure the height from the table up to the top of the wood (not counting the mounting bolt.)
- If you want a very precise height, measure down to 1/4 of an inch (since there are always slight variations when making the legs, sizes smaller than that would not be accurate.)

In this example picture, the leg would be 4-3/4" tall.
Brandon asked a question in Homeplace Group on January 14, 2009 17:34:
How do I measure sofa legs?I need to replace some sofa legs that were accidently thrown out in a move. How do I measure the height of the legs? I have one to measure from. Does it include the metal part that gets screwed in?
Brandon set one of Brandon's replies as an official response to "Set of 2 ?" in Homeplace Group
Brandon replied on January 07, 2009 15:52 to the question "Set of 2 ?" in Homeplace Group:
"Set of 2" refers to a quantity of 2 legs. While many people have four legs on their sofa, we sell them as a set of 2 to allow more flexibility. For example, putting two stylish, finished legs on the front, and two standard support-only legs on the rear of the couch.
I hope that explains it well. Let me know.
Thanks,
Brandon

Humor in a Wobbly TableKim F. sent us an e-mail to share her thoughts on WobblyTables.com:
I just have a comment. This website is hilarious... and because of that I'm buying your product to fix my wobbly table problem. You are preventing cruelty to my senior pastor, as he uses the wobbly table to teach from...
So with thumbs up and a cheesy grin, thanks WobblyTables.com!

Fast Service, but Some Work NeededIn September, Ron and Page B. sent us an e-mail and had the following to say:
Gents:
Just wanted to inform that we received the Queen size bed rails we ordered on Wed pm yesterday by UPS or Fedex. What great service. I am impressed and would certainly use your services again when needed.
One minor point --- one of the two queen size bed rails had one end bracket that was not set in the end of the wood exactly right. I worked and worked on it trying to get it to fit into the slot then slide down on the two pegs in the headboard. It just wouldn't seat properly. Finally I took a hammer to the metal fitting and it popped out far enough to engage the two pins and now everything is fine. just thot you might like to know that I am impressed with delivery and using Paypal to pay the bill. Thanks for the free shipping and two day service. You need to watch the quality control on the end pieces of the bed rails to make sure they stick out far enough to engage the pins. Overall really great ==== THANX!!
Cheerz!!
Ron & Page B.
