Nice job!! (keeping fingers crossed for mercurial too). This might clinch it for us. I submitted my breakdown already, but have yet to make a recommendation. -

Hosted version of fixxHaving a hosted service for FIXX would be great too. You guys could really give Fogbugz a run for its money.
Here's some of our requirements of a hosted service solution:
- Easy to upgrade/downgrade between plans as needed.
- Allow for clients to have access to bug system, view their project's tickets, make notes, add new tickets, etc. without increasing cost. (this kills fogbugz for us, as it would be thousands per month). -

SCM IntegrationOne of our requirements is SCM integration, particularly with Mercurial (though any SCM would be a plus). It seems Fixx is lacking that, but otherwise meets all the other requirements and then some. I hope to see it in the future, but I need to make a decision next week and it seems unrealistic to expect it by then.
Knowing it would show up in the very near future would possibly sway my decision as well.
