also, we'll have a "my companies" as well as a "my products" page, because sometimes you want to keep track of everything a company does (apple, for example...)
we've also got some ideas about how, in the future, we'll be able to introduce you to other people who have similar likes/dislikes in what the use and want as you do. kind of like what last.fm does with its "taste-o-meter" for music:

but in our case it will be products and services. and, of course, any other ideas you might have, we're all ears!

Kyle Darling shared an idea in Get Satisfaction on December 13, 2007 02:20:
Get Satisfaction should have a "My Products" PageGet Satisfaction should have a "My Products" page where I can select all of the products that I own and can easily follow new topics that are started regarding that product. For example, I own and iPhone and want to add "iPhone" to my products so that I can easily follow new developments and topics regarding my iPhone. I think it's a good idea!

Kyle Darling replied on December 13, 2007 01:45 to the problem "my iphone shattered" in Apple:
Ok, I don't work for Apple and I'm not an Apple fanatic or anything, but I do have an iPhone and I don't think that it's fair to say "Apple, your product broke when I dropped it on the street." Electronics, especially compact, heavy ones with a large glass screen on the front, are likely to break when dropped.
On the other hand, I can understand your frustration and I that they should have given you a reasonable discount on a new phone or some other sort of replacement option. $250 is pretty steep for such a new product... Hopefully it gets worked out.-

I don't have the same exact problem but I have a problem with screen capture in general, I found someone else that also has an issue with it. Mine doesn't save any file whatsoever. I just upgraded from 10.4 and when I do the Cmd Shift 4 i get the co-ordinates and the drag box but when I let go of the drag, the file is not saved anywhere. Yes I am doing it right and yes I know where my file goes, I have cocktail and can change the settings anyway and have tested everything. This is a bug for me. Try going to XQuartz (http://trac.macosforge.org/projects/x...) they have an update that solves some bugs, not sure if it will help.
