I'm using windows xp sp3, windows live messenger build 14.0.8089.726. I think that maybe history doesn't save if you close a window too quickly. I sent a link to a friend and closed the window, that is saved in the message history. When my friend replied and we had a conversation, that wasn't saved into history. Also, the gtalk contacts message history only saves for certain contacts. I can see the history for one of my contacts but not for another. Maybe it doesn't save the message history if you close the window before a certain time or something

After I installed BuddyFuse, Windowslive has stopped saving my conversations completely. If I right-click on a gtalk contact and go to view in the context menu, the 'message history' option is greyed out. For my other, normal windowslive, contacts the last saved message was from before I installed BuddyFuse

First off, let me say that I'm very impressed with BuddyFuse. Something I noticed, however, is that a contact that has stayed online in gtalk (their status has been 'away' all day) and in windows live they are offline. They were online earlier today but just went offline (according to windows live) and stayed offline. I know this isn't the case because i logged into gmail from my browser and checked to see that they were still online. Is this maybe a problem with how often BuddyFuse checks to see if contacts are online/offline or is it something else? It is fixed when I log out and log back into gtalk from messenger. I'm using windows live messenger build 14.0.8089.726 on windows xp sp3

I know how you feel man. my songbird has crashed more than 5 times today. The only thing i've been doing is playing music and sometimes songbird just decides to crash. Some details for anyone who cares:
Windows XP SP3
1GB RAM
Pentium 4 (2.4GHz)
Songbird 0.7.0

One thing you must remember though Jason is that Songbird is still in its infancy. its still in the beta phase and isn't anywhere near complete. So i'm sure that this, and many other problems will be fixed when songbird 1.0 releases. Until then, songbird will have problems but will keep on improving. This is what keeps me from turning back to itunes. Hopefully a company representative will help you out soon though :)
