Clearing album arti'm using Rc2 and i noticed that right clicking on the album art in media flow view gives 3 options: one of which is remove. i clicked this assuming that it would clear the album art but instead it deleted that whole album! i think that having to go into edit metadata and then clearing the album art is a bit cumbersome. it would be much nicer if you right clicked the album art and then have the option right there. also changing "remove" to "remove album" or something similar would prevent others from repeating my mistake. Also i don't like the image for when there is no album art. maybe having something a bit less plain would be less of an eye sore. like itunes' black rectangle with the music symbol on it. something simple and sleek. other than that i'm loving Rc 2!

i can't get my add ons to install properlyi'm having trouble installing some updates/add ons (specifically the Songbird developer tools 0.5.1). it downloads the update alright and then tells me to restart. i click the restart button and it restarts but doesn't install the update. it just keeps telling me that songbird needs to be restarted for the installation to be completed. i'm running windows XP Sp3 and songbird 0.7.0 Rc1-

Are you sure there is no "edit properties"? I'm no where near an expert but if you right click on the "most played" playlist for instance, you should get 3 options to select and the bottom one should be edit properties. i also don't know where the update button is so don't worry you aren't insane.-

sure thing. i mean changing the volume using songbird's volume slider near the play/pause buttons. if for instance i want to increase the volume, i would click on the area of the slider that i would like and the little circle thing should jump to where i clicked and the volume should increase respectively. sorry i mean "volume" as an audible volume of the song.-

songbird forgets my volume and occasionally crashes when i change the volumei noticed that when i change the volume in sonbird (0.7.0Rc_1) it first of all lags (hangs before responding) and on rare occasions crashes. also when i set the volume i would love for it to remember the volume i set it to the next time when i fire up the bird.-

the play queue doesn't work all the time when shuffle is oni'm using Songbird 0.7 release candidate 1 and when i add songs to the play queue and let it run (with shuffle on) it just plays a random song and removes all the songs from the play queue. this isn't a consistent problem so its hard to test. sometimes the play queue works fine and other times it just acts like there was nothing in it. but so far every time its happened it was with shuffle on.
