hey boris
I don't see all of my files looking like that but some songs that i have downloaded are in that format. for example the basshunter song. it's artist column has got basshunter as the artist (i had to input that in songbird) but the album and other columns are emply. I'm using SB 0.7 release candidate 1 on windows XP SP3.

the cheezy video window is messed up

cheezy video window is completely messed up. the play/ pause buttons are stretched, the video only plays in the right hand side of the window, there is no obvious button to close the window, the seek bar is invisible and the window needs a colour scheme because it is completely white with very little other colours and doesn't look very good

the repeat one function doesn't work when shuffle is on. if i play a song and put the repeat one function on it will still play a different song as if repeat wasn't on. However, the repeat one function works when shuffle isn't on. I'm using the 0.7 Rc_1 build

i think that a feature songbird should adopt that is used in most other media players is the ability to remove the artist name and file extension from the song title. for example:
basshunter - all i ever wanted.mp3 would be the song title and the artist would be basshunter (in the songbird library) it would be nice if songbird saw that the artist name was in the song title and removed it along with the file extension. itunes already does it and it works really well

You guys are awesome. i mean everyone. the community, the developers, everyone who's on this website in short. if there's one thing (other than songbird being an awesome media player) that really attracted me to SB was the fact that people on here actually listen to you and help out. unlike some OTHER media players where your complaints or suggestions are a cry in an empty cave. am i the only one that thinks this? Probably not. its awesome to see an app that has such a dedicated community with so little swearing on the forums and such helpful and friendly people on it.

for some reason the update button is greyed out and i can't use it but don't worry i found my problem. (i'm an idiot) i tried right clicking on the playlist and selecting "edit properties". all i need to do is click ok and then the playlist works. My logic processor in my brain is faulty :P

Why doesn't my smart playlists work?

i'm using the 0.7 Orc_1 nightly build and i can't seem to figure out why the smart playlists (recently played, most playied) etc isn't working. if i click on them it just shows a blank page. there aren't any songs listed at all. Is there something i can do to make them work or is this a bug with this nightly build?

i've tried playing videos in songbird a few times and personally i think that the video should just be played in songbird instead of in a separate window. it looks a little neater
