I'd like to see a "Report as spammer" link in the list of Actions on an individual's page. There are people who tweet incessantly about topics I don't care about; that's fine, I'll just not follow them (or I'll block them). I'm more concerned about accounts that are purely links to Viagra or porn sites.

I think the best solution for those is a link on the individual's page itself, to report them to Twitter HQ as a spammer.

I've stopped using Ping.fm, since I can't post updates to Twitter through Ping.fm any more. I do need support for ' characters in Twitter passwords.
